If you're ready to send your quilt top/project for longarm services, please fill out the "ready to get stitched" booking form below.  A confirmation email will be sent to you and you can ask any questions you may have.  Once your actual quilt top/project is received, you will enter the queue and you'll be contacted again to confirm any personal choices you have.
